Tim Minder
Tim cut his teeth as a management consultant, starting his career at Accenture and EY. He developed his experience in talent strategy at a leading global investment bank where he played a senior role on their Location Strategy programme and later became Head of Workplace Optimisation.
He’s passionate in his belief that it is people that set organisations apart and has become increasingly fascinated by the role of behavioural science and wellbeing in driving workforce productivity.
Tim has a Masters in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Animal Science from Imperial College London.
Tom Ellis
Tom started his career in Finance working across numerous industries including banking, retail and the public sector. He then moved into Real Estate where he has led global strategic programs working with firms including Barclays and Amazon.
He believes that data and analytics can drive real world change, and that while many organisations make the right noises, very few understand the power of the data they have at their disposal, and fewer still manage to harness it.
Tom is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool.
